Estimates of difference in mean genotypic value between Inuit and European genetic ancestry, \(\hat{\varDelta {G}_{Siblings}}\), obtained from admixed full-sibling pairs from Greenland with the basic regression model shown in Fig. 1B, C (using model 1b). Effects were estimated for quantile transformed phenotypes using a model with age and sex as covariates. Error bars are the 95% confidence intervals. Red colour means FDR adjusted p value < 0.05. Symmetry of the bars was broken around the borders due to the chopping of the x-axis for better presentation, which is indicated by the dashed line at the end of the bars
